Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Manager of Process Excellence & Analytics to drive process improvements across SDLFS, develop data-driven dashboards, and oversee governance for enterprise programs including Motus, Wheels, and Concur. The role partners with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals and improve efficiency.

The position requires 10+ years in process excellence or analytics, strong leadership, and deep experience with Power BI and ESG reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in process excellence, analytics, or operational leadership.
Experience translating business requirements to technical discussions and coordinating business and development teams.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; proven leadership of teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with SDLFS leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision-making; develop dashboards and solutions.
Lead intake meetings to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and guide execution plans.
Manage ESG and sustainability reporting processes with data accuracy and compliance.
