Job summary

Ocean Spray in Lakeville, MA, is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to lead scale-up, qualification, and deployment of advanced processes across global base business, innovation, and manufacturing.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and coordinate with external vendors and facilities to achieve business goals. Remote work on Mondays and Fridays provided, with strong emphasis on engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in process engineering or R&D.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Contribute process engineering expertise to cross-functional teams to inform design, scale-up, and qualification of new products and processes.
• Lead technical assessment, validation, and commissioning of processes at OS and partner facilities.
• Identify, validate and implement modifications to improve yields, throughput, and efficiency.
• Develop and execute pilot-plant experiments to inform scale-up and new technology exploration.
• Maintain awareness of codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
