Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to lead development, scale‑up, and qualification of equipment and processes across global bases. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, interface with vendors, and provide technical leadership to internal and partner facilities.

The role combines design, optimization, and implementation of cutting‑edge processing technology. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or Food Science, 5+ years in process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or R&D, preferably in food/beverage.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Contribute process engineering expertise to design, scale up, and qualification of new products and processes.
• Lead validation and commissioning of processes at facilities.
• Identify modifications to improve yields, throughput, utility savings, and process control.
• Develop and execute pilot-scale experiments and collaborate with vendors for tech exploration.
• Create process specifications and best practices with cross-functional teams.
