Job summary

Rhodes Wolfe is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for a hybrid role to lead the design and execution of turnkey processing systems, including skid systems and tank solutions for sanitary manufacturing environments. You will leverage your process engineering expertise and leadership to mentor others and drive projects from concept through startup.

The position requires 7+ years in process engineering within sanitary industries, strong CIP/SIP knowledge, and the ability to manage complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 7+ years process engineering experience.
• Experience in sanitary industries (food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical).
• Strong knowledge of sanitary process design and CIP/SIP.
• Experience delivering turnkey skid and tank systems.
• Desire to lead and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering projects from concept development through commissioning/startup.
• Design sanitary process systems including multi-skid, CIP/SIP, aseptic processing.
• Review and approve PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, and engineering deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members.
• Lead customer technical discussions, design reviews, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance ASME BPE and other regulatory standards.
• Support proposals, estimates, standardization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Participate in FAT oversight, commissioning, and onsite startup support.

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 Base salary + Benefits
