Job summary

Rhodes Wolfe is recruiting a Senior Process Engineer for a sanitary manufacturing environment. The role leads design and execution of turnkey processing systems, including skid and tank solutions, with strong leadership and regulatory compliance responsibilities. Expect collaboration with customers and internal teams, mentoring juniors and managing projects from design to startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 7+ years of process engineering experience in sanitary industries.
• Experience leading turnkey skid and tank systems projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering projects from concept through commissioning/startup.
• Design complex sanitary process systems, including multi-skid, CIP/SIP, and aseptic processing.
• Review and approve PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, and engineering deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members.
• Lead customer technical discussions, design reviews, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance ASME BPE and other regulatory standards.
• Support proposals, estimates, standardization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Participate in FAT oversight, commissioning, and onsite startup support.
