• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects.

Aufgaben

• Manage purchasing activities across indirect procurement categories, with a strong focus on print and related materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, specifications, changes, and feedback.
• Manage physical samples, gather stakeholder feedback, and communicate revisions and requirements back to vendors.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, specifications, quality, delivery, and service.
• Process requisitions and purchase orders for corporate and supply-chain purchases.
• Maintain purchasing catalogs, SKUs, specifications, and web-order information.
• Monitor order status and resolve procurement, supplier, and relationship issues.
• Perform invoice verification, including reviewing rates and miscellaneous charges.
• Support monthly reporting for indirect procurement categories.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance related to price, quality, and service.
• Provide responsive customer service to internal stakeholders and ensure procurement requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure purchasing activities are completed with strong attention to detail.
