Qualifications

• Mastery level knowledge of the specialty area, with experience across related domains.
• Advanced degree with minimum 8 years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, evaluates alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systems.
• Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
• Converts product requirements into hardware and software specifications considering technical, schedule and cost constraints.
