Job summary

UMB is seeking a Sr. Practice Solutions Relationship Manager to grow and manage Practice Finance relationships with health professionals. The role emphasizes prospecting, client referrals, and deep industry knowledge to design custom financial solutions and drive profitability.

The position blends on-site collaboration with remote work and requires experience in credit analysis, loan structuring, and building a broad network of medical, dental, optometry, chiropractic and veterinary clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7 years of Practice Finance sales experience.
• Strong strategic sales knowledge selling to small business owners.
• Deep knowledge of Practice Finance products and market trends.
• Credit underwriting and risk assessment experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage and grow assigned Practice Finance territory.
• Generate, retain, and expand lending, investment and deposit relationships.
• Develop and follow up on new medical, dental, optometry, chiropractic and veterinary prospects.
• Act as a consultant to clients and a resource to the Bank in developing & retaining business.
• Evaluate credit requests, write loan commitments and present to underwriter/loan committee.
• Monitor asset quality, covenant monitoring and reporting.
