Job summary

UMB Financial Corporation's Practice Solutions team is seeking a Sr. Practice Solutions Relationship Manager to drive acquisition, management, and growth of a defined Practice Finance territory, focusing on lending, deposits and fee income for medical, dental, optometry and veterinary clients.

The role is hybrid with on-site Mon/Tues/Wed/Thu and requires building deep client relationships, credit analysis, collateral review, and collaboration with internal partners to deliver the CORE client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 7 years proven Practice Finance sales experience.
• Superior strategic sales knowledge selling to small business owners.
• Deep knowledge of Practice Finance specific product offerings.
• Knowledge of market/industry trends in the practice finance space.
• Ability to source and produce credit opportunities and understand underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage and grow assigned Practice Finance territory.
• Generate, retain and expand lending, investment and deposit relationships with medical, dental, optometry, chiropractic and veterinary clients.
• Develop and follow up on new prospect leads via referrals and COI referrals.
• Act as a consultant to clients and a resource to the Bank in developing & retaining business.
• Negotiate loan proposals and present to underwriting/loan committee; monitor credit requests and collateral.
