Job summary

Roc Search is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the operational and technology separation of warehouse and distribution-center sites as part of a major corporate divestiture, coordinating cutovers, data migration and go-live readiness.

This contract role is hybrid with approximately 40% on-site presence, located at Bridgewater, MA or Mooresville, IN, overseeing cross-functional teams across supply chain, IT and applications to maintain uninterrupted warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Senior-level project management in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Direct experience leading application cutovers, ERP migrations or major transitions.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes: receiving, inventory, picking, packing and shipping.
• Experience with site migrations, consolidations, carve-outs or divestitures.
• Ability to manage multi-site programs and coordinate cross-workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain the integrated program plan across business, operations, IT and engineering.
• Lead cutover planning, sequencing, readiness and execution.
• Coordinate timelines with global milestones and senior leadership.
• Validate requirements for business, local and engineering applications.
• Oversee UAT/EUAT, defect resolution and readiness reviews.
• Establish go/no-go criteria and contingency plans.
• Manage risks, dependencies and escalations across teams.
• Support go-live, hypercare and post-migration stabilization.
• Provide clear program updates to global business and IT leaders.
