Qualifications

• Senior-level project management experience within warehouse, distribution, logistics, supply chain or manufacturing environments.
• Direct experience leading application cutovers, ERP migrations or major business-system transitions.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution processes (receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping).
• Experience managing multi-site or multi-workstream transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consolidated planning and execution across multiple warehouse and distribution-center sites.
• Develop and maintain the integrated program plan across business, operations, applications, IT and engineering workstreams.
• Lead application and ERP cutover planning, sequencing, readiness and execution.
• Coordinate site-specific timelines with broader global program milestones.
• Gather and validate requirements for business, local and engineering applications.
• Oversee UAT/EUAT, defect resolution, readiness reviews and business sign-off.
• Establish go/no-go criteria and contingency plans.
