Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in engineering, business, clinical or marketing.
• Seven or more years' experience in medical device development and/or product management.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control the shoulder arthroplasty product line through its life cycle to optimize profit and meet objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing and operations to define products and strategies.
• Develop and coordinate marketing, sales, engineering, and financial plans for the product line.
• Travel up to 25% to support product initiatives and customer engagement.
