Job summary

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc. (MHIA) seeks a Sr. Program Manager-Logistics & Site Installation to lead logistics, site delivery, rigging, and installation of modular cooling plants and related equipment from Plano, TX.

This hybrid role interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, contractors, and customers to ensure safe, on‑time turnover. The ideal candidate has nine or more years of experience in construction, equipment installation, and logistics coordination, with a strong focus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Logistics, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of nine (9) years of experience in construction, site installation, logistics coordination, industrial equipment installation, modular systems, power generation, HVAC, data center infrastructure, or related field.
Demonstrated experience coordinating delivery, unloading, rigging, placement, and installation of large mechanical, electrical, power generation, HVAC, or modular equipment.
Experience coordinating permit, inspection, AHJ approvals, and regulatory clearance processes with stakeholders.
Experience applying OSHA requirements, JHA/JSA, LOTO, permit‑to‑work to support safe field execution.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate logistics, heavy‑haul delivery, site access, unloading, rigging, and placement of modular equipment.
Coordinate with manufacturing sites, logistics providers, crane companies, and project teams to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Review routes, site access, laydown areas, crane locations, and delivery sequencing.
Monitor field installation progress, risks, quality issues, and turnover readiness.
Ensure work complies with drawings, installation manuals, project specs, and customer requirements.
