Digi International is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional hardware/software/IoT development programs in Hopkins, MN. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and customer engagements, coordinating with engineering leads and OEM clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex product initiatives.

We value strong communication, proven multi-disciplinary leadership, and experience managing large, strategic projects in an embedded or IoT environment.

Formación

• 8-12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8-10 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of technical project management experience with leadership of full product lifecycle development projects.
• Experience managing engineering teams and customer-facing deliverables in embedded systems or IoT environments.
• Proven track record delivering projects on-time and within budget in multi-disciplinary settings.
• Strong relationships with largest/strategic customers and ability to drive revenue opportunities.
• Experience with scope management, scheduling, and budgeting for product development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver on customer development agreements and product launches.
• Manage strategic customer engagements including high-visibility ADAs.
• Own project scope, schedule, and budget with proactive risk and change communication.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects in an agile, collaborative environment.
• Serve as external point of contact with customer stakeholders; drive executive reviews and status reports.
• Ensure projects meet Digi's engineering quality standards and documented processes.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track and promote continuous improvement.
• Document lessons learned and drive process enhancements within the Design Services team.
• Promote use of project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and financial tracking.
• Oversee annual development programs with strategic OEM customers across multiple disciplines.
• Contribute to accelerated product development and Digi ConnectCore board bring-up programs.
