Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide consulting services for an aerospace industrial and logistics client account. The role manages projects from initiation through completion, with a hybrid onsite schedule in Clearwater, FL and potential 10%–20% travel to client facilities.

Responsibilities include leading planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout across multiuse facilities, and coordinating with clients on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Construction management experience within a multiuse I&L commercial facility is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). MS Project, Kahua, or similar project management software experience required. Bluebeam experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project including scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Define delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or project qualification processes.
• Conduct complex requests for proposals and bid evaluations.
• Facilitate development of a charter and integrated timeline.
• Ensure on-schedule performance and resolve or escalate issues.
• Lead regular project status reviews with active and pending projects.
• Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop better methods for departmental goals.
• Mentor others to broaden knowledge across the function.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Impact customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans.
