Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide consulting services for an aerospace industrial and logistics client account. The role manages projects from initiation through completion, with a hybrid onsite schedule in Clearwater, FL and potential 10%–20% travel to client facilities.

Responsibilities include leading planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout across multiuse facilities, and coordinating with clients on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • Construction management experience within a multiuse I&L commercial facility is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). MS Project, Kahua, or similar project management software experience required. Bluebeam experience is beneficial.
  • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
  • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions to have a broad impact on the business.
  • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex requests for proposals and bid evaluations.
  • Facilitate development of a charter and integrated timeline.
  • Ensure on-schedule performance and resolve or escalate issues.
  • Lead regular project status reviews with active and pending projects.
  • Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation.
  • Apply advanced knowledge to develop better methods for departmental goals.
  • Mentor others to broaden knowledge across the function.
  • Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager provides consulting services forour aerospace industrial and logistics client account to help achieve thecompany's strategic business objectives. Construction projects consist of MEPinfrastructure and tenant fit-outs for multiuse facilities includingmanufacturing, warehouse, and R&D.

This job is part of the Project Management function. Theyare responsible for the management of projects from initiation throughcompletion. This role offers a hybrid schedule onsite in Clearwater, FL andmay require up to 10%-20% out-of-town travel to client facilities.

What You’ll Do

Manage all areas of projectmanagement for multiple real estate projects. This includes planning, design,construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Work directly with clients toprepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, projectdelivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule& milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Define the project deliveryresources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualificationprocess. Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, andrecommend resources to clients.

Facilitate the development ofa charter and integrated timeline.

Ensure all functions remain onschedule and issues get resolved or escalated.

Facilitate regular meetings toreview project status for active and pending projects.

Collaborate to developsolutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.

Apply advanced knowledge toseek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual anddepartment objectives.

Showcase expertise in own jobdiscipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within theorganization function.

Coach others to developin-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
