Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services for our multi-use facility client account. The role covers projects from initiation through completion, including ground-up and infrastructure construction. Travel up to 50% regionally, mainly in the Eastern Time Zone, may be required.

You will manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout; coordinate scope, budgets, and schedules; and drive risk mitigation. Proficiency in Kahua, D365, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience is strongly desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in Kahua or similar project management software and D365 or other ERP platform.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFIs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely coordination of documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team with guidance to meet goals and create action plans to track progress.
