Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Partnership Management Senior Contracts and Reporting Analyst to support partner relationships through contractual reporting and deliverables.

You will automate processes, maintain records, and coordinate with teams to meet partner obligations across wind, solar, and storage assets in the US and Canada. You will review agreements for compliance and participate in partner meetings, while leveraging Power BI and advanced Excel skills to improve reporting and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with contracts emphasis or related field.
• Minimum five years in energy sector (oil, gas, energy, or power).
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and accounting rules.
• Understanding of power generation and energy market economics.
• Familiarity with LLCAs, JVMAs, LTSAs, PPAs, OMAs, AMAs.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate partner reports including budgets and monthly operating reports.
• Coordinate across teams to address partner inquiries and ensure compliance.
• Automate and track compliance and reporting processes.
• Summarize contract terms for internal stakeholders and prepare briefs.
• Support partner board meetings and assist in marketing new projects.
• Develop and maintain document retention policies and file structure.
