Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent paralegal experience.
• 8–10 years of AmLaw 100 law firm experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Google Workspace, Google Docs/Sheets.
• Experience with LexisNexis, Westlaw, and iManage.
• Experience with eDiscovery databases Relativity, Opus 2, CaseMap.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Harvey, ChatGPT, Cocounsel, Gemini).

Responsibilities

• Perform litigation case management including file management, discovery, and trial activities.
• Assist attorneys with complex matters and ensure deadlines are met.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and interface with client representatives.
• Prepare and file court documents in Federal and State courts.
• Calendar deadlines and research Local Rules and Judge's Standing Orders.
• Prepare reports, charts, and indices; coordinate with external vendors.
• Travel and manage logistics for trials/arbitrations.
• Timekeeping and day-to-day case management tasks.
