Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience, including law firm experience, is required.
• College degree and paralegal certificate are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in management of litigation, employment and investigation matters.
• Prepare case summaries and chronologies to assist in matters.
• Prepare and manage RFP responses and internal reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with legal operations on billing and vendor invoices.
• Support filing of proofs of claim in class action postings and settlements.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
