The Social Shepherd in Miami is seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead day-to-day strategy and execution across Paid Social and Paid Search for fast-growing DTC brands, with potential to rise to Manager/Director level.

You will be the core client contact, mentor a Paid Media Executive, and collaborate with the creative team to translate data into compelling ad strategies while guiding ROI-driven campaigns. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the Wynwood office and 2 days remote.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years managing paid media campaigns.
• Experience across Paid Social and Paid Search.
• Strong analytical and creative mindset.

• Proven budget management across platforms.

• Deliver comprehensive client reporting with ROI insights.
• Own client KPIs and balance strategy with execution.
