Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operational Risk to lead the ORM program functions, coordinate issue investigations with risk SMEs and business partners, and drive remediation actions. The role focuses on policy development, program enhancements, and reporting to oversight committees.

You will develop KRIs, monitor risk indicators, and support governance processes while collaborating across business units to identify and escalate operational risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of risk/control concepts and risk management functions.
• Excellent facilitation skills with ability to build consensus across levels.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate investigation and resolution of business self-identified issues with risk SMEs and business partners.
• Provide issue management support and ensure remediation actions align with bank standards.
• Track progress and escalate past-due items; validate issue files for remediation.
• Prepare reporting and trend analyses for Operational Risk Management Committee and leadership.
