Job summary

ECI is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our Global Implementations team, responsible for designing and deploying LAN/WAN and cloud networks for clients worldwide.

Hybrid role—onsite a minimum of 3 days per week, core hours aligned with U.S. time zones; you will lead network design, implement Cisco/Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet devices, and mentor junior staff.

You should have CCNP, 5+ years, and cloud knowledge (AWS/GCP/Azure); strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of network engineering experience in product or services orgs.
• CCNP certification and hands-on Cisco Nexus, BGP/OSPF proficiency.
• Public cloud familiarity (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong written and oral communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN and wireless networks.
• Provide global client support and downtime mitigation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet platforms.
• Lead and mentor network services team; drive best practices.
• Create network diagrams, configurations, and policies.
