Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in network operations, administration, or related environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure in a 24x7 operational setting.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. with no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine infrastructure health checks and validate operational status.
• Monitor network availability, performance, utilization, and capacity; identify issues.
• Investigate and resolve network incidents and outages using advanced troubleshooting.
• Implement approved network changes per change-control procedures.
• Support network backup, recovery, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and application teams to improve reliability.
