Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience in .NetCore
• Backend: .NET Core / .NET Framework with SQL Server and query optimization
• Frontend: React and/or Angular with modern JavaScript
• Architecture: Domain-Driven Design and distributed architectures
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning
• Batch processing: high-volume data processing and pipelines
• IaC: Terraform
• AI tools: Claude, GitHub Copilot to accelerate development
• APIs: GraphQL and search tech like ElasticSearch

Responsibilities

• Design & System Evolution: decompose complex business scenarios into service-based architectures and modernize legacy platforms
• Domain Alignment: translate orthodontic insurance rules into scalable technical solutions
• Epic Ownership: deliver Epics end-to-end with risk and dependency management
• Full-Stack Development: build robust UI with React and backend with .NET Core/.NET Framework
• AI-Assisted Engineering: integrate AI tooling to automate design, testing, and code reviews
• Software Design & Quality: enforce testing, CI/CD, and code quality standards
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: guide junior engineers and manage cross-team collaboration
