Job summary

Naveera Technology LLC is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to drive technical execution in the Insurance domain. This hybrid role requires deep hands-on work with .NET Core on the backend and React on the frontend, plus cloud, APIs, and data-processing expertise.

The role emphasizes modern architectures, AI-assisted development, and mentoring of junior engineers, within a regulated, data-driven environment. Denver-area, hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience (backend/frontend)
• Strong .NET Core/.NET Framework experience with SQL Server
• Extensive frontend experience with React and/or Angular
• Practical use of Domain-Driven Design and service-based architectures
• Cloud experience with AWS, CI/CD, IaC and infra provisioning
• Experience with batch processing, data streams, and ETL patterns
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot)
• Experience designing and querying APIs with GraphQL
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Datadog) and ElasticSearch

Responsibilities

• Decompose complex business scenarios into service-based architectures.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Epics, manage risks and dependencies, and monitor performance.
• Lead full-stack development using React on the frontend and .NET on the backend.
• Drive AI-assisted engineering to automate design, tests, and reviews.
• Establish code quality standards with automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
• Navigate regulatory and domain-specific requirements in insurance workflows.
