Job summary

Fossil Group in Richardson, TX seeks a Sr. Planner to drive demand forecasting and inventory alignment. You will balance 12‑month forecasts with commercial strategies and financial goals, partnering with sales and supply planning to optimize replenishment and assortments.

The role is hybrid, onsite Mon-Thu with remote Fridays, offering collaboration across teams and a focus on forecast accuracy and inventory health.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of dedicated planning experience.
• Proven experience managing bottoms-up forecasting for full assortments (newness, carryover, markdown).
• Advanced Excel with ability to integrate PO bookings into forecasts.
• Familiarity with post-order reconciliation processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Forecast 12-month rolling demand for key accounts and adjust in-season.
• Develop SKU-level bottoms-up forecasts aligned with financial plans.
• Partner with sales to identify seasonal newness and replenishment needs.
• Coordinate with Supply planning for merchandise flow and delivery.
• Build and maintain reports to support sales and inventory goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to manage excess and markdown inventory.
• Execute ad hoc projects as needed.
