Job summary

Fossil Group is seeking a Planner 2 to join the Planning team. This role will develop global assortment plans and manage demand forecast to ensure proper inventory flow and meet sales objectives.

The position is hybrid: onsite Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays, located in Richardson, TX. A Bachelor's degree in Retail Merchandising and 3+ years of planning/buying experience are preferred, with SAP knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Merchandising or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of planning or buying experience.
• Wholesale planning experience with watch/jewelry is a plus.
• Driven, self-managing and able to multi-task.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop global assortment plans and set SKU targets.
• Manage demand forecasts to optimize inventory flow.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Merchandising.
• Forecast shipments monthly by SKU and track key metrics.
• Support product planning with Brand and Product teams.
• Create reports to meet sales objectives and assist in special projects.
