Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Master Planning and Hydraulic Modeling & Analysis to join our West Region team, ideally in Newport Beach, CA, with flexibility to base in other California offices.

The role focuses on directing projects, mentoring engineers, and supporting business development while delivering technically rigorous hydraulic analyses for water and wastewater systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering from ABET-accredited university or equivalent.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in California.
• 10+ years in master planning for water/wastewater/recycled water projects.
• Experience with hydraulic modeling tools (InfoWater, InfoSWMM, etc.).
• Strong writing and communication skills for technical reports and studies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track milestones, tasks, and activities of projects.
• Run hydraulic models and document results in reports or memoranda.
• Conduct water, recycled water, and wastewater master planning analyses and risk assessments.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Support business development and proposal activities.
• Archive final deliverables and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.
• Integrate facility characteristics into hydraulic models for decision-making.
