Ardurra is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our Maitland/Orlando, FL office. You will lead client relationships, manage project delivery, and mentor engineers while collaborating with regional and national water/wastewater experts to expand our Orlando area business.

The role emphasizes leadership, innovation, and excellent client service within one of the fastest growing water engineering firms in the country.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, mechanical or chemical engineering from an ABET accredited college is required.
• Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience designing and delivering projects in the relevant market sector.
• Experience in managing production and treatment projects and/or design and construction management.

Responsabilidades

• Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff.
• Present solutions and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop proposals and lead teaming opportunities in response to RFQs/RFPs.
