Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Production Designer – Water/Wastewater to join our California team. The role leads CAD production for water and wastewater projects, collaborating with engineers and project managers to meet design standards and schedules.

Ideal candidates will mentor staff, implement Ardurra CAD best practices, and ensure technical consistency across pipelines, treatment facilities, and related infrastructures. A strong CAD background with Civil 3D and Revit is required.

Qualifications

• Requires strong CAD design mastery and project coordination.
• Experience leading design teams for water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Proficient with Civil 3D and Revit in a standards-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CAD team in producing high-quality drawings and models for water and wastewater projects.
• Implement and maintain best practices for CAD design and Ardurra standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to align designs with requirements.
• Mentor and train Production Design staff to foster continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with project teams to support quality control and consistency.
• Support design for facilities, pipelines, and treatment infrastructure using Civil 3D, Revit, and related tools.
