Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Sr. Associate, Marketing Data Architecture & Automation to drive how marketing data is structured, connected, and activated across acquisition and customer management efforts.

The role sits at FNBO's Snowflake‑anchored data environment and its Zeta Marketing Platform ecosystem, focusing on onboarding, data flows, and continuous evolution of marketing data pipelines. You will partner with Marketing Engineering leadership and cross‑functional teams to implement scalable data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, data engineering, marketing operations, or a closely related discipline.
• Advanced, hands‑on SQL proficiency — independently write and optimize complex queries.
• Working proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
• Demonstrated experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data platform.
• Hands‑on experience with an enterprise marketing platform or CDP — including audience construction, data connectivity, and activation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data architecture connecting FNBO's enterprise data to marketing platforms, with Snowflake as the core layer.
• Develop, optimize, and document automated marketing data workflows to improve speed and accuracy across channels.
• Lead onboarding and integration of acquisition data platforms, ensuring data quality, coverage, and activation readiness.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, IT, and Marketing Tech to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and governance.
