Qualifications

• PharmD degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a complex matrix environment with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in US Regulatory Affairs Advertising and Promotion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory staff involved in advertising and promotion to ensure accuracy, compliance with CFR, FDA guidance, PhRMA principles, and FDA cosmetic act.
• Develop and guide implementation strategies for promotional activities.
• Represent the department in trade associations and cross-functional teams.
