Material seeks a Senior Manager for Qualitative Field Management to lead recruitment and fieldwork for client studies. You will ensure audience suitability, accurate budgeting, scheduling, and timely completion of fieldwork for domestic and international projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing qualitative research projects domestically and internationally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across clients and teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and quality control.
• Able to adapt to changing project requirements and solve problems creatively.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment management for qualitative and UX studies, including vendor management and scheduling.
• Act as primary contact for recruitment topics, communicate progress, manage risks and client expectations.
• Translate client requirements into actionable field plans across internal teams, vendors and participants.
• Manage multiple domestic and international projects with increasing independence.
• Coordinate across global markets and time zones to support project needs and client availability.
• Confirm and communicate fieldwork schedules, logistics and details in writing to teams.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor bids with thorough briefings on specs and needs.
• Draft and review recruitment screening questionnaires based on client input.
• Track fieldwork budgets and approve vendor invoices.
• Identify fieldwork issues and implement corrective actions.
