Responsibilities

• Prepares, maintains, and reports on program effectiveness.
• Assists with managing program budget by monitoring expenditures.
• Stays abreast of market trends and legislation impacting program functions.
• Checks, verifies, organizes, and prepares grants, procurement, and other program-relevant documents.
• Supervises, monitors, trains, and evaluates program staff to ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinates logistics for program events and activities.
• Works with other departments to increase program awareness.
• Identifies new needs and develops new programs and resources.
