Job summary

Target Corp. is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead the Enterprise Price Item Taxonomy capability. You will drive the strategic roadmap, governance, and operational excellence while partnering across the enterprise to translate assortment and data needs into scalable taxonomy solutions.

You will coach a team of taxonomy experts, influence senior leaders, and deliver measurable value to improve classification accuracy and guest experience. Hybrid work arrangement in Minneapolis, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 6+ years of retail/e-commerce experience.
• 2+ years of direct team leadership.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate ambiguity.
• Experience with Item Taxonomy or digital commerce data.

Responsibilities

• Lead Item Taxonomy capability and strategic roadmap.
• Coach and develop taxonomy team.
• Partner with Enterprise teams to translate needs into taxonomy.
• Improve governance, data-driven decisions, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure operational excellence and SLA alignment.
• Contribute to enterprise Item initiatives as needs evolve.
