Qualifications

• Strong collaboration with Finance, Risk, Compliance and Audit.
• Ability to coach and guide project teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate alignment of internal control requirements with finance transformations and system implementations.
• Lead ICFR risk assessments, identify control gaps, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prioritize ICFR remediation and control uplift roadmap across regions and processes.
• Provide guidance on control design and sustainability to business stakeholders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors on ICFR matters.
