Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to plan, direct, and coordinate cross-departmental audit projects, ICOFR testing, and special assignments with a focus on risk mitigation and control improvement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business leaders, advisory engagements, and alignment with Enterprise Risk Management, delivering concise reports to senior management and supporting governance.

Competenze

• 5+ years of related legal professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
• Experience in internal audits and controls testing.
• Healthcare or health insurance industry experience.
• Experience in public accounting.

Mansioni

• Plan, lead, and coordinate complex audit projects from planning through reporting and follow-up, including ICOFR testing.
• Network with business leadership and serve as a resource on audit and internal control issues with enterprise impact.
• Lead special projects, advisory engagements, and other assignments as requested by management.
• Provide recommendations to management that improve the effectiveness of operations and support ERM processes.
