Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Newport News, VA, seeks a Senior Manager to lead enterprise analytics, reporting, and data platform teams. You will shape analytics roadmaps, drive modernization, ensure governance, and partner with business leaders.

The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Requires 8+ years in analytics and 3+ years of leadership; deep experience with Databricks and Microsoft data technologies, cloud analytics, and governance practices. Relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, enterprise data platforms, or related technology disciplines.
3+ years of leadership experience managing managers, technical teams, or cross-functional organizations.
Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale analytics, reporting, and data platform solutions.
Ability to build strong business partnerships, influence stakeholders, and lead sophisticated initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Solid communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop managers and technical teams across analytics, reporting, and data platform functions.
Set clear priorities, goals, and performance expectations aligned to business outcomes.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships with business and technology leaders.
Lead delivery and support of enterprise analytics, BI, reporting, and data platform solutions.
