Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Architecture and AI – Fraud Domain to lead enterprise information architecture for the fraud landscape. You will steer governance, models, and data flows across Citi's Enterprise Analytics Platform in a hybrid Irving, TX setting.

You will manage a team of data architecture analysts, partner with executives, and ensure data quality, accessibility, and compliance in a globally scaled financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services with data architecture expertise.
• Deep knowledge of fraud domain and AI/ML in fraud detection.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data architectures and governance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and teams.
• Strong communication with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of Citi's enterprise information architecture for fraud domain.
• Own development of information architecture principles for Enterprise Analytics Platform.
• Define data models, data flows, standards, and remediation recommendations.
• Architect high-level data solutions to accelerate app design and data quality.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to translate needs into requirements.
• Develop and manage a team of data architecture analysts.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance in data architecture decisions.
