Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Supply Chain Systems SME to lead ERP/SAP and 3PL integrations across RDCs. You will manage system issues, drive process improvements, and ensure data integrity in ERP environments.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, problem solving, and the ability to translate complex system needs into actionable solutions. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, logistics, business, information systems, engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years experience supporting warehouse, transportation, RDC, 3PL, or broader Supply Chain systems and process improvement.
• Experience driving change through all levels of supply chain.
• Strong ERP (SAP preferred), WMS/TMS, EDI, reporting, and integration issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Supply Chain systems and processes across RDCs.
• Lead SAP and 3PL integration issue management to ensure operational continuity.
• Drive productivity and continuous improvement across Supply Chain.
• Own system testing, validation, and user acceptance for 3PL integrations and OS&D processes.
• Analyze Supply Chain data to identify performance gaps and improvements.
• Ensure data integrity within ERP systems and related applications.
• Provide backup coverage for Process Analyst functions.
