Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Sr. Logistics Business Process Analyst to lead RDC supply chain systems and processes as a technical SME, translating capabilities into scalable best practices.

You will act as the primary liaison among stakeholders, manage SAP and 3PL integration issues, drive process improvements across Supply Chain, and support ERP data integrity and system testing in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years experience supporting warehouse, transportation, RDC, 3PL, or broader Supply Chain systems.
• ERP SAP with WMS/TMS and EDI experience.
• Ability to translate complex system and process issues into clear actions and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for RDC supply chain systems and processes.
• Lead SAP and 3PL integration issue management.
• Drive productivity and continuous improvement across Supply Chain.
• Ensure data integrity within ERP systems and related applications.
• Develop training materials and job aids for Inventory/Supply Chain processes.
