Job summary

Jordan's Furniture is seeking a Senior Leave & Workers' Compensation Specialist to serve as the SME for leave administration, ADA accommodations, and workers' compensation programs.

The role oversees complex cases, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with leaders to improve outcomes and mitigate risk. This hybrid position requires 3 days in East Taunton, MA and 2 days remote, with strong data analytics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in leave of absence, ADA accommodations, and workers' compensation.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and wage replacement benefits.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience creating executive dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leave of absence programs and ensure federal/state compliance.
• Lead ADA interactive process for complex accommodation requests.
• Manage high-risk workers' compensation claims and coordinate with safety and carriers.
• Develop and maintain leave, accommodation, and workers' comp analytics and dashboards.
• Provide guidance to HR and managers on leave administration and compliance.
