Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Sr. CBM to lead the partnership with Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco and BJ’s for the fragrance portfolio. You will craft long-range plans, forecast demand, and align cross-functional teams to achieve volume, share, and profit targets.

The role is hybrid and based in Rogers, AR, requiring collaboration with merchandising, marketing, finance, and supply chain. Travel and executive updates are expected as part of this high-impact role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Mass channel.
• 7+ years of direct selling experience in CPG (Cosmetics or Beauty preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop relationship and joint business plans with leaders and buyers at Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco and BJ’s.
• Drive long-term profitable growth across Revlon and customer KPIs.
• Execute the Customer Business Planning Process and Joint Business Plans with timelines and budgets.
• Manage MDF budgets, ROI analysis, and investment tracking with internal teams.
