Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on complex projects with 2+ years in a leadership role as a Developer.
• 15+ years of hands-on full-stack development using modern OO languages (Java, C#, .NET).
• 15+ years of experience developing web services, databases, or web applications.
• 3+ years in an Integrated Eligibility System program in a Health and Human Services environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing source code and applications to produce technical documentation and business processes.
• Review application logic and determine programming sequences and workflows.
• Prepare workflow charts, diagrams, and other artifacts based on source code.
• Develop and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using modern OO languages and frameworks.
• Produce data mappings and technical specifications related to data structures.
• Develop work products aligned with business requirements and project plans.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application and database issues.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Follow project timelines, architecture standards, and development practices.
