Job summary

Summit Utilities seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead mission-critical projects for enterprise applications and integrated systems. You will drive cross-functional teams across IT, business, and third parties, managing scope, schedule, and budget throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in large software projects, ERP/CRM exposure, and certifications such as PMP/CSM/PSM. Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI, and SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of proven project management experience on medium to large software projects.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and data migration initiatives is preferred.
• PMI-PMP or Scrum certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for ERP, CRM, and system integration projects.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects with defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business, vendors, and consultants.
• Apply PMBOK, Agile, and Scrum practices; manage risks, issues, and changes.
• Develop cutover plans and ensure successful go-lives and stakeholder alignment.
