Job summary

PruBenefit Funding (PBF), part of Prudential, is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst in Newark, NJ. You will join the Investment Oversight Team and support the investment platform across registered and unregistered accounts.

You will partner with sales and leadership, conduct manager research, prepare presentations, monitor performance, and assist with due diligence and governance. This hybrid role offers growth in a dynamic team and exposure to COLI/BOLI products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investments, or related field.
• 7+ years in investments, asset management, insurance, financial services, or related field.
• BOLI/COLI experience preferred.
• Series 6, 63, and Life & Health licenses required or obtainable within timeframe.
• Strong knowledge of institutional investment products and client-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, relationship management, and leadership to support new business development, client presentations, and due diligence meetings.
• Serve as an investment subject matter expert for clients, consultants, brokers, and prospects, communicating strategies and platform capabilities.
• Develop and maintain investment-related presentations, marketing materials, performance reports, and RFP responses.
• Conduct investment manager research and support due diligence reviews of strategies and platform offerings.
• Monitor investment performance across separate account strategies and communicate market updates and results to stakeholders.
• Support investment governance, guideline monitoring, and compliance with regulatory and diversification requirements.
• Coordinate and lead quarterly investment review meetings with clients, brokers, investment managers, and internal committees.
• Support BOLI/COLI stable value wrap programs and engage with internal/external partners.
• Support investment platform growth and modernization initiatives including onboarding and reporting enhancements.
• Oversee investment-related reporting and operational processes with cross-functional teams.
