PruBenefit Funding (PBF), part of Prudential, is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst in Newark, NJ. You will join the Investment Oversight Team and support the investment platform across registered and unregistered accounts.
You will partner with sales and leadership, conduct manager research, prepare presentations, monitor performance, and assist with due diligence and governance. This hybrid role offers growth in a dynamic team and exposure to COLI/BOLI products.

The Senior Investment Analyst will report to the Director of Investment Research. This position will be hybrid/virtual and based in the Newark, NJ office.
The incumbent will serve as a senior member of the Investment Oversight Team, supporting and enhancing PBF's investment platform of registered and unregistered insurance separate account strategies. This highly visible role combines investment oversight, investment operations, client engagement, and sales support responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in modernizing and growing the investment platform, supporting new business development efforts, servicing existing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the investment ecosystem.
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $96,200.00 to $158,800.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
