Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Senior Investment Operations Analyst in the United States (Virginia/Merrifield area) on a hybrid schedule requiring four days in office. You will build and automate investment infrastructure, support portfolio management, and enhance reporting accuracy.

The role partners with Advisory, Investment, Service, Technology, and Compliance teams to scale operations and mitigate risk. You will develop Power BI dashboards, manage data across systems, and lead process improvements to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years in investment operations, portfolio accounting, or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel and working proficiency in SQL; experience with BI tools.
• Experience with BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) and automation (Python/R/VBA).
• Familiarity with core wealth management apps (Black Diamond, Salesforce, CAIS, YCharts).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily reconciliation across custodians and portfolio systems; resolve exceptions.
• Research and resolve complex cash, position, performance, and transaction discrepancies.
• Manage portfolio implementation workflows, including rebalancing support and tracking.
• Validate data integrity across systems for reporting, CRM, and investment platforms.
• Prepare compliance and audit documentation tied to trading and controls.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, Excel models, and analytical tools for insights.
• Analyze portfolio trends, liquidity, cash flows, and private investment reporting.
• Identify risks, root causes, and propose practical solutions to management.
• Design processes that automate manual workflows and detect anomalies.
