Wolters Kluwer is seeking a dynamic Mid‑Market Field Sales Manager in Coppell, TX to lead a team selling tax, accounting, and audit solutions to US mid‑market firms. This hybrid role requires weekly office presence and strong coaching, pipeline management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably SaaS.
3+ years leading field or quota-carrying sales teams.
Strong understanding of consultative or value-based selling.
Proven success coaching teams to exceed targets in complex sales.
Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of Field Sales Representatives.
Provide coaching, territory strategy guidance, and performance management.
Drive new business acquisition and expansion within mid-market territories.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other teams to accelerate growth.
Develop executive relationships within accounting firms and position WK as a trusted advisor.
